Are you in a Great Shape ?

   More or less,all of us have a good attitude about being in shape.What is important to realize,admit,is that every person will "subscribe"to a standard and will work around it,setting up and reaching goals,making adjustments and looking for feedback,getting educated and informed!
  Lets set up a High Standard for our work out and for ourselves,it will give us respect,trust and confidence for what we do and more important,for who we are.You will always be in the best shape if you always "Do",never Wait,Postpone,Delay.
  I recommend the "supervisor",honest,straight forward,energizing.Coach,personal trainer,teammate,friend,you need someone to trust.The higher the level of your workout,the stronger the credentials of your supervisor! Find the right one and you will shape up in no time!!!
