Walking,jogging,running,biking?

  By definition,the athlete is in a perpetual competition,with himself or others,trying to overpass and overcome limits and obstacles! There are many of those obstacles and always in the right spot for each individual,regardless the level or capacity.
  The "walking through biking" sequence represent you,the athlete,taking the right steps in becoming a complete,well trained and prepared for the next competition individual.
  Most important,"early wake ups",the earlier the better!Some do,on their own,some have the parents involved,others the coaches,few have role models.All together have the greatest advantage if they get guidance early in their carrier,if they get educated about the principles and the common sense that makes Sport Activities so fun and diverse.
  The challenge is the key to discover,recognize and guide the athlete,to make him believe,to get him to be one of the best in the field,to show him how to step down when it's time,to force him to raise the bar when needed,to cherish the moments with others!
  Lets all start walking,and if some are biking already,look for the hills and high peaks !
